Nach langen, langen Zeit  ist es endlich fertig! Gerade für die kalte Tage, für die Arbeit...so warm, kuschelig, mollig....so zufrieden bin ich und diese Farbe, diese Wolle....ja, ich mag es....

Und das beste ist, eine liebe Dichterin hat genau dieselbe Wolle, Farbe und Muster gerade an ihren Nadeln. Liebe Bora, gutes Geschmack hat Du ;)

Shalom and more...

Mein Shalom ist fertig!!!! Es gefällt mir erst mal sehr, aber ich habe noch keine Knöpfe. Ich habe es nach Anleitung mit Nadeln Nr. 8 gestrickt und mit Änderungen die Ishi vorgeschlagen hatte.

und aus den Resten von diese wunderbare Wolle habe ich noch diese Mütze schnell gestrickt, die eigentlich allen wunderbar passt!

I am now knitting some new Mittens for my son - the same yarn as his hut! Just about for the freezy days. The warmers for my mother-in-law are also ready. My February Lady Sweater....has to wait, because I just love this yarn....and have to try it on my Shalom Cardigan. 

And yes we are still in Sankt Martin mood.

two sick kids + rain = a lot of, lot of reading!

This weekend we were almost all the time on reading. That is how it is when it is raining outside all the time and the small ones are ill. 

Unfortunately my February Lady Sweater has to wait. I really need to be concetrated when I knit it. On the other hand my Son need a new warm hat, so I have started one and then I realized my mother-in-law comes next week and I promised to knit her a pair of wrist-warmers. So....

I am still on my February Lady Sweater, but I thing it looks really nice and I hope to have it ready some time...I also had to start a new hat for my son as I ralized his from last year is too small now...ups!

I read this nice, quite funny book about year Project of doing-things-by yourself.

There are three things in my knitting korb right now. Pullover for my son that is waiting so long....I did not have enough yarn to knit it to the end and because it is too expensive to order just 50g I have been waiting...There is some wonderful limited edition yarn in my favourite shop so....the yarn is already ordered and should come today...tomorrow?
Next to it is a pair of new trousers for my daughter. She wears them in winter with a dress or skirt. I am just to make the easy parts so I do it when I read, watch movies etc.
For the last thing I have to be really concentrated and count...my February Lady Sweater. I am just about starting the pattern....

I am still not sure what the next book I am going to read will be...

I have just decided to start knitting my very own Februar - Lady- Sweater....the colour of the yarn is not excactly what I wanted, but....I just have a lot of it....better, I have excactly so much that I need for that sweater....

My little boy is going to turn 2 this week, so I am trying to be ready with birthday gift for him. First I wanted to give him a new pullover I was knitting, but...I am so out of wool....

So I decided to try something else...a wool picture...for the first time, it is not easy...I think I am not going to finish it without some needle felting...hmmm...have to go! Sorry! I am so not ready and I have so not much time!

and to be sure I can also show you some knitting (of course I have also something on my needles, but...look what I found...on my husband's desk!!!!

There is not much time to read now, but yesterday I have found these two, so funny!
